Refund policy

Return & Exchange Policy-LIUVO

Since LIUVO operates primarily through Cash on Delivery, we do not offer refunds after delivery.

However, if a customer receives:

  • A damaged product, or

  • The wrong product

They may contact our support team within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.

After review, our team may provide a replacement if the issue is valid.

Products must be unused and in original condition to qualify for replacement.
